Facilites include:- 4-lane 25m swimming pool, Pulse Centre (gym), health & fitness studio, Fives five-a-side pitches, Sauna, games hall, function rooms, cafe. Open 6.30-22.00 Mon-Fri, 9.00-19.00 Sat/Sun. NB pool closes at 4pm on Sun.

Facilities include adults fitness classes, varied children's activities and fitness training, football, hockey & rugby pitches (astro turf and grass) and American Football pitch. Mon-Thur 15.00 - 22.00, Fri 15.00 - 21.00, Sat-Sun 9.30-17.00
