Lockerbie: A Search For Truth

Sky series about the Lockerbie disaster of December 1988, based on the book by Dr Jim Swire and his search for the truth about his daughter who was one of the victims.

Filming was sensitively handled, much of it quietly taking place away from the public. Some sequences were filmed in Edinburgh including at Edinburgh University's Old College and George Square, as well as a street in the Kingsknowe area of Edinburgh, where the filmmakers worked closely with all of the residents to make sure everyone was fully aware of the subject matter and what the filming would entail.

The series will be broadcast in the UK on Sky from 2 January 2025.
