Nadira Murray is a Scotland-based producer and founder of Sylph Productions, recently recognised as Scotland’s Rising Star 2024 by Screen International. She is a BAFTA Scotland Award winner (2023) and a BIFA Breakthrough Producer (2022), with awards including the BFI & Chanel Filmmakers Award, judged by Tilda Swinton and Edward Enninful OBE, for her bold storytelling approach.

Through Sylph Productions, Nadira bridges Eastern and Western storytelling, championing first-generation immigrant talent in the UK. Her debut feature WINNERS, directed by Hassan Nazer, gained global acclaim and is now streaming on Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, and BFI Player.

A graduate of Media Business School, Nadira honed her craft through programs like the Rotterdam Producer’s Lab, EURODOC Lab, and BIFA Springboard.
