Industrious Dark

Industrious Dark is an Edinburgh-based creative team led by Emma Louise Dodds and Adrian Rowe. We create narrative films, music videos, digital campaigns, visualisers and live performance visuals for artists, record labels, agencies and production companies across the UK and internationally. As a two-person team, we combine storytelling, editorial craft and visual design, working with a wider network of collaborators when projects require a larger team. Our services include creative development, production, editing, motion design and finishing, supporting both individual freelance assignments and projects from the initial idea through to delivery.

Selected music industry credits include video content for Partisan Records artists IDLES, Geese and PJ Harvey. We also collaborate with Really Creative Media on live tour visuals for acts including The Human League, Andrea Bocelli and Peter Gabriel.
Our original narrative work includes Prick, a Northern Ireland Screen-funded short film screened at Belfast Film Festival.
