Facilities include: 1000 sq ft shooting space (12.5x7.5m), concrete floors, 32 amp electricity supply, set construction space, 12ft high ceiling, rsj rafters, 5x6x12ft movable scaffolding, blackout windows throughout, full kitchen facilities including double oven/grill, five burner hob, two fridges plus deep freeze and excellent coffee, model changing room/ make-up room, communal seating area.

Rental equipment includes Profoto flash, HMI and various LED lighting as well as a large range of grip equipment.

Local facilities include: cafes and award winning bars/eateries, photogenic docks and river locations.
