Three floors of recently refurbished office space for exclusive use by film & TV productions. Computer networked on a separate network to the hotel, TV screens in all offices, furnished with desks, chairs and storage, which can be laid out as required. Direct, private access from the street and from the car park. Office booking comes with 5 spaces in the on-site multi-storey car park.

Top floor:
3 rooms. Large room - up to 12 desks (social distancing). 2 x smaller rooms (up to 8 desks), one of which with video conferencing facilities and blinds. Furnished (desks, chairs, storage). Kitchen and WC. Fire escape exit.

Middle floor:
2 large rooms. Fire exit. WC. Furniture as above. Space for up to 12 desks (social distancing).

Lower floor:
2 rooms - 1 large room for up to 12 desks, smaller room (accounts / lounge). Fire exit to close, and main entrance to Niddry Street.

Ground floor conference / dining space with direct access to private (hotel-owned) Crown Square. Crown Square can be used for vehicle drop-offs / catering if required. Lift access from the Crown Square entrance to hotel accommodation and to office space. NB stairs within the office space.

Further rooms in the hotel can be reserved for e.g. costume, props, and of course, accommodation if required.

Housekeeping, catering, or other services can be arranged c/o the hotel if required.
