Previous Employment:
Before becoming a Freelancer, I worked in hospitality, progressing to management level positions, most recently Sous (2nd) Chef at an award-winning Highland restaurant.

Due to my period in this industry I have a proven history of good time and task management with a view to meeting important deadlines and have many years experience in high-turnover fast-paced work environments.

I am able to work well autonomously or function well as part of a collaborative effort team. I also have experience in management/leadership roles, so am able to concisely and efficiently direct others towards the completion of tasks if required, maintaining both productivity and workplace enjoyment/enthusiasm.

I have good timekeeping and punctuality, am accustomed to working long shifts on my feet and I also have a good health and safety track record, particularly with regards to safe manual lifting/moving of heavy/dangerous objects in a busy workplace.
